Please review room occupancy limits before making your room selection, as some rooms will accommodate more guests than others. We do have a cot bed that will sleep a child; however, not all rooms have the space. ADA Room
Upon entering the hotel through the main door, the ADA room is directly down the short hallway and to the left.
This room is located on the main floor with an exit door nearby leading out to the covered deck. The room features a queen bed with extra space to maneuver on one side, a low desk, and a high/low clothing rack. The roll-in shower offers a fold-down shower seat and grab bars, the bathroom has bars at the toilet, and the sink has lever handles. All light switches are easy to use for anyone with limited mobility.
Restroom
Upon entering the hotel from the main front door, the downstairs public bathroom is the second door on the left. This public bathroom features an ADA-approved toilet with grab bar, sink with lever handles, and touchless activated hand-dryer.
Drinking Water
Inside the hotel from the front door, there is a stairway on the right leading up to the second floor. In an alcove off the hallway is a touchless water bottle filling station.
Signage
The guest rooms each have a number on the doors. Only the exit doors and the public bathroom door include braille.
Parking
At the front of the hotel, there is an area to drop off a guest in front of our ADA lift. The lift will bring a guest up to deck level and the entrance to the hotel. When a guest has arrived at the hotel using the electric lift, there is a clear path on the hotel wrap-around deck to the front door.
We do not have an ADA parking spot on the property; however, there is accessible ADA parking across the street from the hotel in the public City Parking lot with a cross walk at Bridge Street and W. River Street. Parking is free in the public lot from 6:00pm to 10:00am. If you are here during other hours, please request a parking pass from hotel reception.
We do offer free parking in the back of the hotel, which does not offer an accessible route to the hotel.
Patio
The hotel has a fenced brick patio, the top level accessible via the front of the hotel at street level to wheelchairs or guests who are unable to navigate stairs.
